Riassunto: Il nostro lavoro vuole fornire alcuni spunti di riflessione circa il possibile uso futuro dell’approccio kernel alla business intelligence. In letteratura sono noti i numerosi vantaggi di elevata perfomance, tuttavia la loro applicazione operativa risulta ancora difficoltosa a causa della grande quantità di scelte soggettive che il ricercatore è necessitato a fare. Si propone nel paper l’utilizzo della teoria della Complessità e vengono mostrate alcune applicazioni al micro-data mining.
